Final Payment: Final payment is due the Monday prior to your event.
Pets: Please remove all pets from the party area prior to our arrival for set-up parties.
Upstairs Parties: We are unable to set up parties on the on upstairs levels. Parties must be held on the first floor.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: We will be unable to refund your deposit.
Parking: Please leave some space for us to park near an entrance where we will not be blocked in. We would appreciate easy access, as we have a lot of heavy items to carry into your party.
How do I reserve a party? To book a party please contact us to check the availability of your date on time. After your date is confirmed, please complete our online reservation form and follow the instructions to submit your deposit online. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding the party via phone or email but reservations must be made using our online reservation system.
Where is the party held? Parties are typically held in your home or the venue of your choice.
Pick Up After Party: The client is responsible for breaking down their party and moving items to the garage for pick up. We pick up 1-2 days after your event. Please inquire regarding pick up if your party is at a venue.
