Please Note The Following:
 
* We will contact you to touch base on any details and confirm the week of your party.
* A refundable security deposit of $100 (cash only please) is required upon pick-up The security deposit is returned upon receipt of all party items in the condition in which they were received.
* Final payment is also due at time of pick up.

*We must have a copy of you state issued ID on file for all rental pick ups.

Party Rental Services Agreement and Rules

 

 

Tea-lightful Parties appreciates the opportunity to serve you, our Customer. Please carefully read the following rental conditions which form a part of our Rental Agreement and which you, as Customer, agree to by virtue of placing your order with Tea-lightful Parties.

1.     Customer agrees to use all TEA-LIGHTFUL PARTIES rental property (�rental property�) in a careful and proper manner, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and return TEA-LIGHTFUL PARTIES property in the same condition as when received. Customer agrees to assume all risk of loss and of damage to rental property from any cause whatsoever.

2.     Customer acknowledges that the rental property is of a size, design and quantity selected by Customer and that TEA-LIGHTFUL PARTIES has not made and does not make any representation, warranty, or covenant, express or implied, with respect to the condition, quality, durability, or suitability of the rental property. TEA-LIGHTFUL PARTIES will not be liable to Customer for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the rental property and rental service, by any inadequacy thereof, or defects therein.

3.     Customer will indemnify TEA-LIGHTFUL PARTIES against any claim, action, damages, and liability, including attorney�s fees, arising or connected with Customer�s use and possession of the rental property or Customer�s use of our rental service.

4.     In the event rental property is not returned or is returned in a torn, burned, broken or otherwise damaged condition, Customer will be charged replacement costs, plus the original rental charges. Customer agrees to pay these charges upon receipt of the replacement billing. Customer agrees that TEA-LIGHTFUL PARTIES retains ownership of damaged linen and payment of replacement charges is not a purchase by Customer of the damaged linen.

5.     All rental property held beyond the agreed upon due date is subject to an extra rental charge of $50.00 per day.

6.     Customer will not deliver possession of rental property to any entity or person other than employees of TEA-LIGHTFUL PARTIES.
7.    Please return and chair covers folded and all sashes untied and folded.  All dishes will need to be washed prior to returning for sanitary reasons.  Any items not returned in this condition will cause $25 of your security deposit to be forfeited.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and certify that I have had sufficient opportunity to read the entire Rental Agreement and Rules, that I understand its content and that I execute it freely and without duress of any kind and agree to the terms herein stated.

I agree to pay full retail value or repair costs of any equipment damaged or not returned. I further agree to be responsible for any excessive cleaning and costs that may arise from that. I understand that all items are due to be returned on _______________before 9p.m. There is a $50 charge for each day the item is returned late.

By my signature, I accept the terms of this Rental Agreement.
